PERFORMANCE TRAINER & RECOVERY SPECIALIST (ATC)
Niara is a sports performance coach and certified athletic trainer with a B.S. in Exercise Science, a Master’s in Athletic Training, and a NASM Certified Personal Trainer credential. My “why” is helping athletes and active individuals build resilient bodies that perform well now and stay healthy long term, not just during a season. I’m passionate about bridging performance training with recovery, rehabilitation principles, and Pilates-based movement to support durability and confidence in movement. Fun fact: I used to be a dancer, run track, and I’m getting ready to start physical therapy school. When I’m not coaching or training, I’m helping individuals recover, prevent injuries, improve movement, and build strength; all while reviewing anatomy and movement science to make programs even smarter and more effective.
