Performance Training

Personal Training
Built for all experience levels, our approach combines tailored workouts, movement-based coaching, and nutrition guidance to help empower you to build strength, improve endurance, and enhance body composition and overall fitness. Each program is customized to your goals and lifestyle, providing structure, accountability, and results through expert coaching and consistent support, whether you're working alone or in a group.

Semi-Private Training
Whether you’re training with a partner or part of a small group (2-4 athletes), our semi-private training combines the individual attention of private training with the energy and support of a small group environment. Programs are tailored to the needs of the group and delivered by our expert coaches, who lead with intent and foster an environment that encourages growth and helps you achieve your best version of yourself.

Recovery
The purpose of training is to be better than yesterday’s version of ourselves, and proper recovery allows us to get the most out of sessions. Recovery isn’t exclusive just to the athlete; we all know life can be the most challenging game of all. Our recovery protocols don’t just maximize our sessions; they maximize quality of life.

Team Development

Our Sports & Performance Science Department delivers comprehensive testing that measures what matters most. Using advanced technology, such as force plates, dynamometers, and speed gates, we evaluate strength, power, speed, and movement efficiency. From combine prep to return-to-sport protocols and ongoing progress monitoring, our data-driven approach helps tailor each athlete’s program for optimal results.

Movement Clinics
Our movement clinics help teams refine their fundamentals and reduce the risk of injury. Each session is tailored to your athletes’ needs, focusing on areas like sprint mechanics, agility, deceleration, jump technique, and sport-specific movement skills. We design practical, science-backed sessions that help athletes move more efficiently, confidently, and safely.
