Bryan Huarita
PERFORMANCE TRAINER
Bryan Huarita holds a B.S. in Physiotherapy and Kinesiology and recently earned an M.S. in Kinesiology, along with a Graduate Certificate in Tactical Athlete Strength, Conditioning, and Injury Prevention, from George Mason University. He is currently pursuing his CSCS certification. A former track and field athlete at Falls Church High School and an Eagle Scout, Bryan grew up with a love for movement, competition, and the outdoors.
With more than five years of experience in the fitness and wellness industry, he has worked with many clients, from athletes and tactical professionals to models and the general population. His passion lies in helping people realize the deeper benefits of fitness beyond aesthetics and performance. Bryan believes in a holistic approach that emphasizes the mental, emotional, and spiritual impact of training, seeing fitness as a catalyst for growth in all areas of life.
Outside of coaching, Bryan is an avid learner who has probably built one of Virginia's largest fitness and wellness libraries in his home. He was once deeply involved in the D.C. music scene as a member of several bands, and even once shared drinks with the Foo Fighters.
